License & Contract details not reflecting in SMS
Hi, have anyone faced this. Even though the contract details is updated on the gateways, SMS shows license expired. Which means the info is not getting reflected on the SMS. Tried multiple things
> Imported contract file into the Update server, Pushed policy - didnt help
>Imported contract file into the gateway, pushed the policy - didnt help
>removed the existing license and contract from the gateway attached new one - didnt help
> tried doing contract_util mgmt - didnt help

What is really shown in SmartUpdate ? Usually you import licenses and contract here and attach them to GWs. A CLI cplic print on SMS should show the same information...

In my case that is not happening. My SMS is also a part of MDS. And i verified the license & contract info in my Update server was correct. I had to import the xml on gateway to get it reflected. After that i checked on the Smartconsole the error still exists the firewalls still having the license error on the smartconsole.

You got valid response from Albrecht...what do you actually see in smart update? Maybe if you right click on the sms there and click "get licenses", what do you see?
