Capsule VPN clients cannot connect - "No Available Licenses"

Good Day All,

Our Capsule VPN for Android clients have recently started failing to connect. On the client side they get a "no available licenses error" and on the gateway side I can see the following logged:
Blade: VPN
Action: Reject
Reason: Not enough licenses for mobile application

What is curious is that there has been no license changes. Users are licensed via Harmony Endpoint licensing (CPSB-SB-EP-VPN licensed against IP of on-prem SMS). As per sk67820 Capsule VPN for Android uses Mobile Access Blade licensing. I have gone as far as installing an All-In-One eval which grants unlimited MAB licenses, but still the user experience is the same.

To muddy the waters further, using Danny's excellent one-liner I get the following output, which tells me I have 0 Endpoint Connect licenses:

REMOTE ACCESS VPN STATS - Current
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Assigned OfficeMode IPs : 17 (Peak: 28)
Capsule/Endpoint VPN Users : 8 (Peak: 18) using Visitor Mode: 12
Capsule Workspace Users : 0 (Peak: 0)
MAB Portal Users : 0 (Peak: 0)
L2TP Users : 0 (Peak: 0)
SNX Users : 1 (Peak: 66)

LICENSES
----------------------------------------------------------------------
SecuRemote Users : 30000
Endpoint Connect Users : 0
Mobile Access Users : Unlimited
SNX Users :

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Ruan

Hey Ruan,

Just curious, does anything change if you apply another eval license?

Best,
Andy
