Identify Fake Derivatives of my Domain using Regular Expressions

Has anyone used regular expressions to alert/block on requests to faked derivatives of "mydomain.com" such as: mydommain.com, mydomainHR.com, mydomain.service.com"?

I suppose you could do that but this is also a service that InfinitySOC provides (looking for those and reporting them to you).
