I mean, there is any form to search specific URL in Check Point and know is was blocked/allow or log?

Sure, that's what SmartLog in R77.30 or Logs & Monitor in R80.10 was made for.

The decision to allow or block something is based entirely on the policy you've configured.

If you want to see if this was blocked in your system, you can look in your logs.
