Export rulebase with informations in Summary tab - like Ticket Number

Hi all,

I like to know if it is possible to export the rulebase in way, that the information in in the Summary tab, like Ticket Number will also be exported.

Even if that doesn't work, the data should be available via the API.

Hello,

i have the same usecase ... the show packages tool does not export the ticket number from the Summary tab ...
This is often an imported thing when exporting the rule base for auditors etc.

any clue how to get it exported?
otherwise an API script must do the job...
