Hi @Daniel_Hainich

Web Services of a Security Group (Gaia Portal, Captive Portal) are not accessible when the Security Group has two or more Security Group Members and the Layer 4 distribution enabled

Here is the sk: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk168699

Hi,

Can you share a screenshot with us?

You trying to reach the WebUI, on the IP of the Security Group, right?

This IP with SSH is accessable?

What a beautiful morning here in the CET timezone.

A little bit dummy question, but have you tried in incognito mode too? 🙂

If yes, do a packet capture on the SMO and see what happening.

Hard to say exact troubleshooting steps because of the small amount of info.

My next step would be to do packet captures.

Maybe if you have the possibility, reboot the SMO. When you rebooted try to access the webui, because in this situation the SMO task will move presumably to 1_2 SGM. And you can check the issue is presists the as well or not.
