after logon into the Web-UI from SecGroup, the Gaia Page is blank. Iam using Chrome, other Gaia-WebUIs are working.
Any Ideas?

Hi,
Can you share a screenshot with us?
You trying to reach the WebUI, on the IP of the Security Group, right?
This IP with SSH is accessable?

What a beautiful morning here in the CET timezone.
A little bit dummy question, but have you tried in incognito mode too? 🙂
If yes, do a packet capture on the SMO and see what happening.

Hard to say exact troubleshooting steps because of the small amount of info.
My next step would be to do packet captures.
Maybe if you have the possibility, reboot the SMO. When you rebooted try to access the webui, because in this situation the SMO task will move presumably to 1_2 SGM. And you can check the issue is presists the as well or not.

And after the SMO reboot the issue still exists on 1_1?
