VSX provisioning tool as support for VPN services

Hello CheckMates Community,

Today I will show you how to add and remove a VTI in VSX environments.

it's possible with vsx_provisioning_tool feature. for removing any vpnt interfaces is important to take into account the flags -u and -p

for the user and password.

Unnumbered VTIs are not supported more information here.
