Certificate Missing

Hello, i have been passed CCSA & CCSE, but in my account my certificate CCSA is still missing

I see this issue has been resolved by Account Services. 👍

The CCSA did not post correctly, because you did not have a User Center account when you passed the exam.

I'm glad this is fixed now.

I would not be concerned about this, just because CCSA is a prerequisite for achieving CCSA, but tagging @Jason_Tugwell to assist nonetheless

The usual process would be to contact account services to investigate assuming it was approx 2-3 weeks since the exam?

Hi Jayson,

I passed CCSE, and 2 Affinity Certificates (CCTA R81 and CCTE R81). I've heard this qualifies me for CCSM certificate but not showing. Can you help me please.
