Passed CCSM last night but still no CCSM Certificate on Credly and my Checkpoint Cert Account

Hi Checkpoint Team,

CCSM certificate is not showing after passing exams. It says that it will provided immediatlely. I passed CCSE and 2 Affinity specialist exams (CCTA R81.20 and CCTE)

Please help me on this one.

I can't seem to raise a service request this week in checkpoint it loops to your marketing page.

First part can take up to 48-hours sometimes longer per the FAQ.

Additionally you can reach out to the certification email alias if the problem persists beyond this.

What day you passed? It takes some time until it will show up. Can be 2 weeks.

I always find 2-3 days max.

Mind the holiday period, it can take a bit of time
