New Spark Management videos: Overview + Local-to-Cloud transition

Hi everyone,

Recently we’ve been meeting more customers who connect to Spark Management only after managing their gateways locally for some time.

In many cases this happens for two simple reasons:
First, customers were not initially familiar with Spark Management and its capabilities.
Second, they want to better understand how the management model works and make sure their existing local configurations will not be overridden.

To help with this journey, we’ve published a few short videos (~2m) that walk through the key concepts and flows:

1. Introduction to the value and vision behind Spark Management - 

2. Spark Management - Management Structure overivew – a quick walkthrough of the platform and how MSSPs can manage gateways across multiple customers from a single Spark Management account 

3. Local-to-cloud transition – explains the recommended way to connect gateways that were previously managed locally, starting with a connection that preserves the local configuration -
