Getting "secureXL must be enabled - unknown state" error, while running cpsizeme

Hi,

Currently we have 9 location where 5600 cluster setup are in production.

When cpsizeme tool ran smoothly in 5 location, in 4 location i am getting the mentioned error.

Observation:

1. latest CPuse deployment agent is installed.

2. SecueXL is enabled, and 90% traffic passing through fast path.

3. R81.10 OS version, enough disk space and compute available

4. cpsizeme version 5.1(all location)

troubleshooting:

1. Manually disabled and enabled the secureXL, no luck.

2. Rebooted the device and tried, no luck.

POA yet to be performed:

1. Manually upgrading cpsizeme version to 5.8 and check.

2. Installing hotfix and check.

Looking for suggestions and inputs.

WR,

Shira

Hi Shira, Please run this command:

fwaccel stat | grep -E "Accelerator Status|SND|UPPAK|HPPAK|KPPAK"

And look if it is enabled or disabled

Are any of the machines deployed as VSX or standby members of clusters or all just regular gateways?

can you share the cpsizeme output command that you use? what parameters? Does it get stuck before it starts or during the sizing process?

Hi,

Thank you all for your inputs, upgrading cpsizeme to the latest version manually, resolved the issue.

we were getting an error "Final archives are missing in /var/log" while running cpsizeme -S command.

Once again thank you.

Hi, You tried to run an analysis about the last run of CPSizeMe, since it could not find a previous analysis, it exits.
try to run an analysis and after run cpsizeme -s
