Hi All,
We have issue on one of customer.
So, on Smart Console Cluster showing alert notification but if we check on cli (cphaprob) there is no issue on the cluster. And also there is no issue as well on other function such as installing policy.
Any idea why the Smart Console wrong alert notification and how to solve the issue? We have reboot both the management and gateway but nothing change.
Anyway, I found solution mentioning about SmartView showing wrong alert on link below, but when I check further on solution only for R77.
Looks like it just cosmetic problem.
The user planned to upgrade soon.
Thanks all for your support.
Click Device & License information... to see where the issue is !
When click Device & License Information, the detail also shows no error or alert.
hello,
then hover over the RED X icon and take a screenshot.
should tell you why is showing the error.
ty,
So, its clear dashboard shows something wrong with ha02 member, but as @Sorin_Gogean indicated, hover over red x and it will tell you what exactly.
you need to review on red icon or Monitor, could be related to license or internet connection.
Hi @G_W_Albrecht, @the_rock, @Sorin_Gogean, @Dario_Perez
Here the detail of error, its seems there is something wrong with the cluster, but if you see on the status of each member it's seems working as normal condition.
Thanks Regards
Dio Aditya Pradana
weird...ok, do below on both:
cphaprob state
cphaprob -a if
cphaprob list
cphaprob syncstat
If all good, check topology for clustered interfaces and go "get interfaces without topology"
Andy
It's also good to check which JHF is currently installed (cpinfo -y all).

Will share the details when I got access to the gateway.
I suggest to use this extension to have more details, even might be a cosmetic error on smart console
https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/SmartConsole-Extensions/ClusterXL-Statistics/m-p/83215
Noted, I’ll try extension. Thank you.
So, you see that the cluster reports an ClusterXL error, then you go and check that on each member,,,,
Graphically should be like :
and that should also tell/show why it's considering an ClusterXL problem.
enjoy,
There all good on Device & License Information. No error or any other alerts.
understood, but did you looked further, in the ClusterXL details screen ?
ty,
Looks like it just cosmetic problem.
