Before publish trigger fails SmartTasks

Dear Checkmates,

Whenever we are trying to run a script from the "script repository" in smartconsole.

We are getting the following error for Trigger Action:before publish(not verified).

But Trigger action : After publish(verified)

Note : In logs it shows that after publish the script is running fine but before publish it is showing "script execution failur

Is the same script used in both cases?
This might require TAC to troubleshoot if so.

Yes, we are using the same script for both events, are you suggesting opening a TAC for this?
