We would like to ask about the upgrade method for a Quantum Spark that is managed by Smart-1 Cloud, upgrading from R81.10 to R82.
Our current environment is as follows:
In the official documentation for Centrally Managed environments, the procedure described is
“Upgrade from Management Server” and there is no mention of using the local WebUI for the upgrade.
Therefore, I would appreciate your clarification on the following points:

For a Quantum Spark managed by Smart-1 Cloud, is performing the OS upgrade only from SmartConsole the official and supported procedure?

Is upgrading the Quantum Spark from R81.10 to R82 via the WebUI, using a locally downloaded upgrade package (R82.00.10 Build 998001562 for local installation), considered unsupported or not recommended?
We would like to clearly understand the official upgrade procedure and supportability in a Smart-1 Cloud environment.
