Reports _ on 730 Appliances

My reports shows inactive i am unable to get perfect data 

i need which ISP lines how much GB download utilized date wise 

can u help me regarding this

Nonsense - SK83440 is only for GAiA, not Embedded GAiA !

In the future, please post your questions about your 730 in this space: SMB and SMP

Your screenshot tells you what the issue is: Application Control is not enabled.

That is required to be enabled to use this feature.

You enable Application Control here:

If I were to add one more thing, also confirm if you have a valid license for Application Control & URL Filtering.

If you do and still having issues, then you should engage with TAC to verify whether its an license issue.
Also, don't forget to upgrade your box to latest firmware R77.20.81 to see if the issue persists beforehand.
