What License is Required for AIOps?

Can I send these alerts through SmartMonitor?
Specific alerts can be configured through Infinity Playbocks (also included in the Premium or Complete management add-on).
Does Skyline need to be installed?
We use Skyline as part of AIOps, but it does not need to be installed/configured by you. However, make sure your systems are updated as follows:
- Latest Web SmartConsole Package Take 146 or higher. For installation, see sk170314.
- Skyline Agent must be installed and enabled. For the latest Skyline Agent, see sk178566.
- CPotelcol Take 191 or higher.
- CPviewExporter Take 74 or higher.
- CPOtlpAgent Take 114 or higher"
What information is shared from the gateways?

If you enable log sharing (which is not mandatory for AIOps), the data in those logs is shared with us.
What products does AIOPS currently work with, just firewalls so far?
Currently quantum appliances, Spark and other CP system and services is on the roadmap. Note that this does not include CloudGuard Network Security at present.
Does gateways need to be connected to a Check Point cloud?
Yes, both Security Gateways and Management need to be connected to Infinity Portal.
Where does AI come into this?
AI is used to generate the insights, which are shown in the demo.
Does it also monitor more advanced problems like service crashes or Identity Awareness issues ?
Currently we focus on operational issues, but process crashes or issues that can cause down time will be shown. As we progress we keep adding more and more data sources.
Do they alerts get updated every 15 seconds?
Telemtric data - yes
alerts every few hours
insight in case exist is calculated every 20 minutes
Why I would choose Check Point solution over other market solution like splunk or datadog?
For raw data - you are correct. Alerts and insights are something that is build on top of the raw data and this is what separates us from just storing the data.
Why do not use Grafana as dashboard , it is free ...?
Grafana only shows the metrics. AIOps provides alerts on identified issues and insights.
Any thoughts on integrating any other SNMP devices or other vendors into this same dashboard?
We use OpenTelemetry only in AIOps with no plans to pull in data from SNMP.
