Check Point bandwidth limit

Hello

I have a problem with my equipment, it is a CheckPoint 730 Apliance, I have a symmetrical 350 MB Internet link,
when connecting my computer and doing a direct speed test on the modem it gives that speed, now, the modem is
connected to the checkpoint and this one to a switch, when connecting directly to the checkpoint the speed drops
more than half, it gives 150 MB symmetrical, I do not have Quos enabled or policies in the firewall, I would like
to know if someone has this problem

How is the speed & duplex configured and what features are enabled on the device?

Just an additional hint: Start more than one connection and add up the speeds to measure thruput.

Agreed, much like speedtest websites the basic single threaded iperf tests aren't always representative!

The datasheet numbers refer to what the appliance is capable of in a typical configuration, which includes multiple connections traversing the gateway.
A single connection may not get the stated numbers on the datasheet.

Also, the "firewall" number refers to only the Firewall blade being active (no other blades like App Control, etc).
Otherwise the "Threat Prevention" number should be used to determine what an appliance is capable of.
