Hello,

we installed it yesterday on our production VSX 19200 as we have many issues with UPPAK in all releases before. After half a day we run into UPPAK crashes. At the moment the system runs in KPPAK mode. VPN seems to run good. Also web surfing seems to be faster.

@eddub I had few customers ask me that as well, little surprised it has not been recommended take yet, considering all the fixes in it.

Anyone had success applying "Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20 Take 99" to resolve multiple VPN client drops with the error: "Connection Failed. IKE Negotiation with gateway has failed. Make sure the user is properly defined on the firewall" ?  We've been waiting for the 'Recommended' label.  Still holding off the pitch forks and torches so far.

Client versions: e88.0, 88.60, 88.63

Also, to add, though 99 is latest take (not recommended yet), I would recommend it myself, since there are lots of fixes included.

@Christopher_Loc Just to update you, I had 2 more clients install jumbo 99 recently and no issues at all. I feel super confident in this hotfix. Yes, there was one customer that installed it on their smart-1 mgmt and they told me CPU was high after that, but it could have been coincidental, hard to tell.

As promised, post JHF99 install update.

We applied the 'Latest' Jumbo Hotfix for R81.20 Take 99 and have monitored for 3 days.

I can confidently say it resolved multiple VPN client drops with the error: "Connection Failed. IKE Negotiation with gateway has failed. Make sure the user is properly defined on the firewall" 

Note:  Successful testing with Endpoint Security VPN installed.  

Dropped to SecuRemote.  (A familiar symptom occurred) The client would connect but as soon as a connection attempt was made to a resource on the LAN, the client dropped.  

We're going to take the win for now.
