You cannot see the lv_log directory using the "lvm_manager" command in maintenance mode

I want to add disk capacity for the log directory, and then when I use the lvm_manager command in maintenance mode, I can't see the lv_log directory. Is this situation normal and what should I do?

For context, what is the system in question - is it:

  • check point appliance, open server or virtual machine
  • gateway or management
  • what version/JHF?

The same command shows lv_log successfully when not in maintenance mode?

I've seen strange values reported under vmware in the past but not missing all together.

Please investigate it further with TAC and consider upgrading your Jumbo when able.
