Please check this thread for a workaround:

sending Check Point security logs to 3rd party devices via syslog

The ability in the R77.30 management add-on to create a Syslog server object does not appear to exist in the R80.10 EA, so apparently there is no change in this capability (or lack thereof) from R80.
