SmartDashboard gets crashed every time on "Trusted CA" bookmark,

Hi 

We run Gaia 77.30 on Checkpoint 5100, There is a problem with only ONE bookmark. When I try to get on IPS/Additional settings/ HTTPS INspection /  TRusted CAs , console gets crashed  ( screenshots in attachment ). Does anyone encounter on this problem ? I know 77.30 is obsolete and we are going to replace  its soon with 80.40 but at this stage I have to get onto this bookmark cause I have to install Intermediate certificates for  our Inbound wildcard certificate.  I tried on different machine, also I reinstalled SmarConsole, no joy the same outcome. Thank you for any help .

R77.30 is very old, HTTPS Inspection there is mediocre, and most importantly, certain cyphers are missing. Most probably this is the reason for SmartDashboard to crash.

but is there anything I can do about that ? Inbound certificate is going to expire in 1,5 month, until this time we will not finish migrating process to 88.40,

Try to find the newest Dashboard version for R77.30 - i would think it is sk110892: R77.30 SmartConsole and SmartDomain Manager for Windows 10.

But the best would be to ask TAC, anyway!

I tried different versions, no joy, but I was wondering if I need to install separately CA certificate if they are built in in my wildcard certificate ? Please have a look on attachment .
