Connected clients

But the script $MDS_FWDIR/scripts/cpm_status.sh gives a diferent result as it can be seen bellow.

[Expert@*****mgmt01:0]# $MDS_FWDIR/scripts/cpm_status.sh
Check Point Security Management Server is running and ready

What is your precise version and Jumbo Hotfix level?
Have you confirmed you have a valid license with cplic print?
Have you recently rebooted?
Might also get a TAC case going if you haven't already.

Hi @csuela,

is this a SMS or MDS?
I ask about the path $MDS_FWDIR to the MDS scripts!

If it is a SMS, check the following:

1) netstat -an |grep 19009                > check Smart Console Port
2) netstat -an |grep 18190                > check Smart Console Port
3) ps -aux | grep solr-solrj               > check if the CPM service is running
4) df -h                                                 > check if the hard disk is full, the CPM will not start properly.
5) free                                                  > check if enough memory is available
6) cpinfo -y all                                     > Check which hotfix is installed. If there is not the last JHF on it do the following: take a snapshot of the SMS and then install the JHF.

If that does not help, open a TAC case.

PS:
You can find more information about the CPM process in one of my articles:
