R80.10 Smart Event Displays No Reports
My Smart Event recently displays no report (says query failed), I have tried searching for SKs, can anyone please help me out.

It looks like the log Indexer process has crashed. Is there anything in the /var/log/dump/usermode directory? Have you tried a reboot?

Are you using the latest R80.10 Jumbo Hotfix (Take56)?

We had the same issue (and also crashes from log Indexer process)
You have to open a service request.
WE(!) stopped Solr
$RTDIR/scripts/stopSolr.sh
and then deleted all audit log under
/var/log/opt/CPrt-R80/log_indexes
Then we set RFL_SOLR_MAX_HEAP in
/opt/CPsuite-R80/fw1/conf/serverSettings.props
to 4000m and reboot the system.
(We are using take42)
