KPI for packets lost/re-transmitted in cphaprob syncstat output

Hello, I am try to understand basics statements for performance investigation and read sk167553.
This sk contain the following step in (2) Basic Health Check:

  • Check sync network health, which can cause high Firewall instance load:
    • cphaprob syncstat
    • KPI: >1% packets lost/re-transmitted

When I use command cphaprob syncstat I see standart output, as it is discribed in sk34475.

How correctly calculate this KPI for packets lost/re-transmitted acoording sencstat out?

The current step is about making sure ClusterXL sync is okay, and not affecting cluster functionality. Look at "sync at risk" status, rejects and retransmissions counts. If they are rising above 1% of total sync messages, you have a problem
