How to purge or clean smart even database in R77.30

Hi Team,

Does anyone know how to purge the old entries from postgrsql DB? My reports are stopped and I am seeing below error in logs

You can enlarge it if you want. See sk124432: SmartEvent does not show new events:

1. Navigate to the Policy tab on SmartEvent.
2. Expand General Settings.
3. Increase the maximum database size to a value as required under Database Maintenance.
4. Install the Event policy.
