Hi all!
I need help, can i watch configuration Global Properties with CLI? If yes, what file i need search in system?
Thanks!
This is the closest I found:
Yes, using dbedit, see CLI R81.10 Reference Guide p.227:
| dbedit> print <table_name> <object_name> | |
|
Examples: - Print the object My_Obj from the table network_objects (in "Network Objects"): dbedit> print network_objects my_obj
- Print the object firewall_properties from the table properties (in "Global Properties"): dbedit> print properties firewall_properties
|
| printxml | |
|
|
Description:Prints in XML format the list of attributes of the specified object from the specified table (for example, "network_objects", "properties", "services", "users"). You can export the settings from a Management Server to an XML file that you can use later with external automation systems. Syntax: dbedit> printxml <table_name> [<object_name>] Examples: - Print the object My_Obj from the table network_objects: dbedit> printxml network_objects my_obj
- Print the object firewall_properties from the table properties (in "Global Properties"): dbedit> printxml properties firewall_properties

Hm, good question...Im not aware that you can, but I could be wrong. Anything particular you are looking for?
All settings in Global Properties. I know there is a file with rules settings, and we can watch with this command in cli - cat $FWDIR/conf/rulebases_5_0.fws
And i think, can i watch Global Properties with special command?
