Captive Portal Not Working Under ExternalZone
Hello
In the image below, Captive Portal is running in the 9th rule. Captive Portal is not working in 11.3.
I get an error that the client cannot be redirected to the Page and the page was not found. Why doesn't it go under the zone? I want the person to verify with Captive Portal while accessing only the IP addresses I want.
Thanks

Rule 9 with Captive Portal is disabled and will never activate.
Enable this rule and push policy.

Hehehe 🙂
I know that....
When I enable 11.3 Captive portal not runing, not redirecting.
Disabled 11.3 and now enable 9. Captive portal running.
I have added pic to see rules, dont look up to disabled or enabled 🙂

Is Identity Awareness enabled?
Do you have a Captive Portal URL specified that the end user can reach?
Is HTTPS Inspection enabled? (required for any HTTPS URLs, even if the rulebase is just "any any any bypass")

Hello
As I said in the first topic, if I activate the 9th rule, the captive portal works properly. When I disable the 9th rule and try to do this with 11.3, the captive portal does not work.
Rules 9 and 11 are layered in line. The only difference is that there are Internal Zone and External Zone at the beginning of the layer of the 11th rule.
Normally I use Browser Based Auth, so I have a URL that users can access.
IA is of course enabled.
It doesn't matter if HTTPS inspection is Enabled or Disabled, the problem exists even when inspection is enabled or disabled.
The problem here is Zones in Layer and Captive Portal does not work in a rule under Zone.

Have you opened a TAC case?
That seems like the next step here.
