Can't view Syslog of Security Gateway on Smartview Tracker

I want to check the audit log on GW and have configured the feature to push Syslog from GW to SMC according to SK102995, but when checking Smartview tracker, the logs are not as expected. I want to ask how to view these logs on Smart console or Smart tracker. Or is there any other way?.

When you say "the logs are not as expected" what is the precise behavior?
From what I remember when I did this years ago, most of the contents of each syslog entry were in an "info" field.
This field is not indexed and won't show nicely in the default log views.
A better result would require configuring a log parser.
