An internal error has occurred - Revisions

Anyone know of the reason behind this or seen an SK or solution described?

It is an error that happens simply by double clicking a Revision and then clicking OK, without making changes.

It is intermittent but not hard to repeat, simply by going down the list and opening and then clicking OK to close the Revisions Details.

Version R80.10 and R80.20 both, and possibly R80.30 too, not yet checked.

This is fixed in R80.20 Jumbo Hotfix - General Availability Take 161 (21 June 2020, GA from 02 July 2020) or later.

The fix is not included in R80.10 JHF.

Which Jumbo Take and Dashboard version is used ?

Various. R80.10 T421 and R80.20 T101 default SmartConsole versions for those releases as far as I can remember. Will check again when I get a chance.

Why do you ask, do you know of this as a know issue?

An identical issue was fixed in R80.40. It could be a result of a different root cause.

I will forward the issue to the relevant owners in R&D.
