Add icmp-proto to an exiting rule with SmartConsole cli?

Can anyone help me with the command to add the icmp-proto service to an existing rule? I know how to do this with the usuall services but it appears using a service that is listed as "other" does not work the same way as with other services.

set access-rule layer "standard Network" uid "0dd8db4a-e570-4c73-a2ef-94f306ac993c" service.add "icmp-proto"

code: "generic_err_object_not_found"

Here is a correct syntax -
