Maestro Madness
Hi all,
The monitord process is using high CPU.
/var/log/db I have confirmed that the size of this file is about 200G or more, and I am going to delete it by following sk and create a new file.
Please check the my questions below.
1) Where is this db file used?
2) Is there any problem if I delete this file?
3) If the firewall and monitoring process of the management server are stopped, is there any problem with other services?
Thanks.
Please add the following info:
R80.10 is End of Support and it's highly recommend upgrading to a more recent release.
That said, the procedure in sk93587 seems fairly safe.
@_Val_ asked valid questions. Can you please refer to the sk? I would not be so keen on deleting any db files, sounds a bit dangerous. Stopping service on management server will not affect anything on the gateways, but it might hinder access to the smart console.
Thank you for your comment.
I referenced sk93587.
