CCSP PROVIDER
Hi Team,
Please could you explain me difference between Collab Support and Direct Support?
I understood that CCSP provider can sell Collab support. But the difference is only in money?
My distributor have CCSP bagde but i need to have which benefits do i win when i was work with them.
My company are not a CCSP, so when i work with this distributor (CCSP) i can sell checkpoint products with collab support?

From Check Point's perspective:
- Direct Support means the customers work directly with Check Point for technical issues.
- Collaborative Support means the customer works with the VAR/Distributor for technical issues, who can escalate to Check Point as needed.
Whether the distributor offers support services you can resell is a question for the distributor.
