Redirect users with malware to a specific website

Hello mates,

is it possible to redirect users that are infected with malware to custom website? The idea is that every time that the user want to navigate to internet, he can´t and the browser display the custom web.

I know the existence of usercheck for Antivirus/Antibot blades, but this only display the website if you access the botnet/malware itself.
