HTTPS Validation: The probe was unable to establish a TCP connection to the destination

Hello,

The logs is showing HTTPS Validation error when user access to the internal website. the traffic accepting by access control policy and bypassing by HTTPS inspection with the below error: (I don't see any drop).

HTTPS Inspection Action: Error
HTTPS Validation: The probe was unable to establish a TCP connection to the destination
Description: Bypassing request as configured in engine settings of HTTPS Inspection

Could you please let me know what the issue is?

The management is Smar-1 Cloud R82 and gateways are R81.10

As part of HTTPS Inspection and Categorizing HTTPS websites, the gateway will attempt to connect to the destination independently to determine if the site certificate matches the SNI specified on the client side.
This connection would appear to be failing for whatever reason.

How is https inspection blade configured from settings? What is engine setting, allow or block?
