Hi    Is it possible ,  to do   telnet  to a destination on specific port  with specifying the source address   fron cli on checkpoint gaia R77.30 appliance ?

Not using the telnet command, but you can do something similar with the nc command (available from expert mode).

If you just want to test connectivity with telnet you can also use pinj instead, the packet injector tool created by Check Point.
