VSX VS-Pack Central Licensing

Hi CheckMates,

Wouldn't It be great and more flexible to be able to have central licensing for vs licensing? 

We have a lot 10 VS Packs licenses attached to one vsx clusters today, and can't fully utilize these on other clusters when we only have the need for 2 -4 vs's on the cluster they are attached to. 

This would be a huge improvement for us, and much easier to manage
