What was the sequence of changes you performed...

Can you access the platform (GAiA) portal URL without issue, what major version and jumbo is used here?

we moved the mobile access policy from legasy policy to unifed access policy, there is access to gaia, CheckPoint management server version 80.40, security gateways 80.30 hotfixes installed up to date

I assume you've installed policy since and the issue persists...

To change the CPMobile portal accessibility settings and avoid the error you can use GUIDBEDIT e.g.
