Does Cyclops need agent to be installed in endpoints? If yes, what type of agent is it- installed on browser or device?

Our CAASM solution does not have its own agent as it is collecting and correlating data from your various security tools.

Can CAASM map network paths through NAT’d connections on a firewall to map CVE’s with real time Exploitability intelligence to network reachability on your internal network?

Assuming we are connected to all the relevant tools, yes.

Do it replace a vulnerability management like Qualys, Tenable, etc for TEM?

For the vulnerability management piece, yes. For the actual scanning? No.

When will Cyclops become part of the Infinity Portal?

Target for this is Q2 2026.

Will Cyclops help in patching vulnerability? Or it has to integrate with SOAR to remediate?

CAASM can be connected to the tools to perform remediation. 

Is it necessary to consider Professional Services for onboarding and implementation?

Integration into your environment requires API access to the various tools, which does not require Professional Services assistance.

Would it be connected to Playblocks?

Not yet, but this is in the works.
