securexl and Endpoint VPN - getting drops

Hi Team,

I am facing kinda weird issue for Endpoint Remote access VPN even if I connected in Office mode I can not ping to resources specified in Encryption domain however as soon as I turn off SecureXL the ping Starts. Even I noticed there are lot of drops in connection as my RDP abruptly ends and starts again.

Can someone please suggest?

If disabling SecureXL is the "solution" the TAC should probably be involved.
