best way to replace cp 5600 on 6700
Hello, I have one management server (gaia 80.20) vm and one security gateway 5600 (hardware appliance), gaia 80.20. I want replace cp 5600 with new cp 6700 hardware appliance with same security policy. What is the best and simplest way to do it ?
If i export snapshot from 5600 appliance, will it possible to import it on new 6700 hardware appliance ?

Do not try to use snapshot or backup to migrate. HW and NICs are different.
Instead, in the lab, install with the same SW flavour, including Jumbo and private support hotfixes, if any. Re-create the same topology, then swap in production. There will be a down time, when you will be resetting SIC and pushing policies.
