Check you are using the latest app available, per sk171453. If this is the case, and you still have a cert error, please open a TAC request.

Currently appears to be working from my testing. v2.0.0 (12th Feb, 2023) on Android.

Doing some testing, and despite 2.0.0 being available in the App Store, the phone downloads 1.58 instead.

Not sure what phone you have, but when I search app store on my iphone 13, I just do search for Check Point software technologies and Check Point WatchTower comes up and shows version 2.0.0 and works just fine as Chris said.
If you use Android, I cant confirm, as I dont have one to test.
Cheers,
Andy

Sorry brother, thats the BEST I can do in this case and I guarantee you that version 2.0.0 works, tested it 3 times and no issues.

No probs Andy, just needed to check that the published version number synced with the actual app number downloaded. Its differing here in the UK for some testers.
And yeh, looks like 2.0.0 cures the issue.
cheers for testing-

The actual downloaded version may depend on your phone OS version. Please make sure your phone is on the latest version and try again. The app 2.0.0 was published two weeks ago, with the main purpose of fingerprint changes. It should be available worldwide to all supported Android and iOS versions, without any issues.

Thanks Val. Both of my iPhone 13s (corporate and personal) are on the latest IOS, 16.3.1. Same issue persists; app store says its 2.0.0, but the device downloads 1.52.8 (7).
I'm doing some other testing, its an odd one.

Shot in the dark here...I did some googling on this and found one article where issue was a setting under settings -> app store -> offload unused apps. You may want to switch that on or off and try.

Can you please elaborate? What was the reason for getting 1.6 instead of 2.0, as published?
