Policy Based Routing questions and best practice

Hi,

We are trying to configure PBR for some destination networks. We need help to understand how PBR works. It would be helpful if someone can help with below queries- 

1. For pbr, in ACTION table, is there a way create a single table for multiple destination where only next-hop gateway is same? 

2. In PBR rule, multiple table can we specify?

3. Is there any limit for numbers of rules that we can add in PBR? 

4. If number of rule increases, does that affect firewall behavior i.e. make FW slow or hung state? 

5> Any known limitations of PBR? 

6> What is the best practice of creating PBR rules?
