VSNext and Mobile Access issue

Hello mates,

Playing with a VSNext in a lab and have an issue with accessing Mobile access.

Traffic is being dropped from configured VS with message :

"dropped by multiportal infrastructure"

Maybe Multiportal is using same port as Gaia portal (443), but in VSNext config I don't have options to change the Gaia portal port.

Does any one faced the same problem?

Thanks,

Dilian

sk134872 - Did you try changing the platform portal URL in SmartConsole if the option exists for the object?

(Sorry I'm currently away from my test environment and unable to check its relevance for VSNext).

There is no such option ElasticXL/VSNext gateway, nor on VS itself.
And cannot change it from CLI also:

[Global] gw-vsx-s01-01:0> set web ssl-port 4434
1_01:
WARNING This command is for initial use. SSL port should be set through SmartConsole. Changing the port may cause inconsistency with the settings on the SmartConsole.

Abort...

Just going back to your error this appears when accessing the standard mob URL format e.g.

https://<IP address of Gateway>/sslvpn or are you using an FQDN?

The latest SmartConsole contains a fix that could be relevant for you.

In VSNext mode, the Platform Portal option in the Gateway object navigation bar may not be visible.

Try to change it via guidbedit. I think there is the portal parameter under the relevant fw object.
