VPN Tunnel Has Disconnected: A Connection Could Not be Established
Hello,
I need to use the Check Point for my academic purposes; however, every time I log in with my username and password, the program gives this warning and disconnects and reconnects every 5-10 seconds. How can I solve this issue?
I'm attaching a screenshot so you can better understand the problem and the warning. Thank you.

I couldn't reach the solution you suggested, so I couldn't do the log thing, but today it resolved itself. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I connected, and the connection remained stable.
I'm not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this problem because I'm the only one at my workplace who is also a student, so I'm the only person using this program.
Thank you anyway.

Hi, I'm using Windows 8.1, 64-bit operating system, and "E86.80 Check Point Remote Access VPN Clients for Windows."
File name is "E86.80_CheckPointVPN.msi"

I would try E88.40 client version or higher.

Do you have access to the gateway? If so, you may need to do basic vpn debugs and check vpnd and ike files from $FWDIR/log dir.
vpn debug trunc
vpn debug ikeon
-replicate the issue
vpn debug ikeoff
Also, check client logs from endpoint vpn client.

Is it only you with the issue or other people as well? Because if its others, then we need to check fw side, NOT the client.
