Unable to access WebUI for TE250X

We are unable to access the WebUI for sandblast TE250X device.

Received device version is R77.30.

We have configured the IP address on computer 192.168.1.10 and trying to access https://192.168.1.1 but getting below error.

Can you please help for the same.

Hmmm… can't reach this page

192.168.1.1 refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

If the devices is not in production I would strongly recommend upgrading it via USB/Isomorphic to a supported version.
