Can anyone please provide reference of throughput which is advertised by checkpoint for this pay as you go model?

To my knowledge we only test those instance sizes outlined on the datasheet:

We only provide performance data on the instance types listed in our datasheets, at least publicly.
Your Check Point SE may be able to assist you in getting some unofficial numbers.
Further, I believe our performance tests assume the gateway is externally managed (i.e. not a standalone).
In a standalone configuration (no external management), you can expect the performance to be roughly half of the datasheet number.
