Site to site vpn

I want to establish vpn site to site connection from backbone-fw to two diffrent gateway with same subnet.

Backbone-fw

Etho-121.25.25.0/27(internal)

Eth1-121.25.25.32/27(external)

Fw-1

Etho-121.25.25.32/27(external)

Eth1-147.23.23.121/24(internal)

Fw-2

Eth0-121.25.25.32/27(external)

Eth1-147.23.23.131/24(internal)

Backbone firewall will have two vpn tunnel.Fw-1 and Fw-2 using same vpn domain.so do i have to create two vpn community on backbone firewall?

What i have to do to establish this two vpn tunnel on backbone -fw
