R80.30 Identity Collector connection error

Has anyone seen this error before?

When I create the new domain on ID collector and test the communication I got the error "A Security package specific error occurred".

our user name does not look accurate.

The user is correct but is not displayed entirely.

The Domain Controller is a Windows 2008 R2 server fully updated

The Identity Collector agent version is 80.72.0000 , from a R80.30 gateway.

I checked the Windows services and the IDC service is running.

"Service Communication Failure" means that the Windows Service (services.msc) is not running!
