Hi,
We are configuring Remote Access to our Security Gateway. We have enabled Mobile Blade and configured access to one of the LANs in the firewall.
We have downloaded the Check Point Mobile client on one of our computers, added the Site and authenticated with Username and Password. It works - once. If we disconnect from the site and then try to reconnect, the progress bar gets stuck on 17% with the details:
Detecting Proxy Configuration
Resolving site name
Detecting site connectivity
After a while, the client tries to reconnect again and gets stuck on 23% and then yields the following details:
Checking if connectivity parameters have changed on site
Detecting Proxy Configuration
Resolving site name
Retrieving site information
Connection Failed: Site is not responding
Is there anyone who has experienced similar issues, or have a clue how to solve this?
